A studio that works on one thing: the space between two systems.
Not a platform, not an agency with a services menu. We take the seams that every operations stack has — store against warehouse, warehouse against invoice, shipment against retailer, systems against the reporting on top of them — and we make the two sides agree, or explain exactly why they don't.

Three opinions that shape the work
Detection isn't resolution. Most stacks already detect failures. They put them in a queue. The queue is the problem, and buying another tool that also writes to a queue doesn't solve it.
A wrong number is worse than no number. Which is why the tooling refuses to report when the join is unreliable, and why every exclusion is counted out loud rather than applied quietly.
The unit of value is a list, not a dashboard. Something a person can work through on Tuesday morning, with money attached to each line, beats a chart that shows the problem exists.
And who we're wrong for
Good fit for the checks: consumer brands, wholesalers and distributors roughly $1–50M in revenue, running a store or marketplace plus an outsourced or in-house warehouse, where operations is a handful of people and nobody owns the gaps between systems.
Good fit for the data work: any company from about ten to a thousand people where several systems hold one metric — including ones with an analyst or two already, who need hands for a defined build rather than a replacement.
Wrong fit: companies wanting software to install; single-system setups with no seam; anyone who wants a number that supports a decision already made; and businesses small enough that the gap is worth a few hundred dollars a month, where the work cannot pay for itself.
We say no to work we don't think will pay for itself. It's cheaper for everyone than discovering it in month two.
From first email to findings
You write, or you run the free check first
Two lines is enough: which seam, which systems, roughly what size. Most people run the browser check first and send the result, which makes the first reply much more useful.
Fifteen minutes, on your screen
You export, we look together, nothing is sent anywhere. At the end you know whether there's something worth pursuing, and you keep the output regardless.
Scope and price, in writing
Which files, what we'll check, what you'll get, what it costs, and when. The prices are already on the pricing page, so this step is confirmation rather than negotiation.
The work, then the handover
Findings line by line with amounts, plus the method written down so your team can repeat it. Whether we keep running it monthly is a separate decision, made after you've seen the first result.
The short version
- The free check runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and there's no server behind that page.
- For paid work we ask for exports, not access. No admin accounts, no API keys.
- Customer names, emails and addresses can be stripped first — the matching doesn't use them.
- Mutual NDA before any data moves, if you want one.
- Working files deleted at the end of an engagement on request. Client data is never reused for anything else.
Full detail of what we take and why is on the method page — it's the same page that explains when we refuse to produce a number at all.

Data analyst. The emails you may have received are signed with this name and come from this address, and whoever replies to you is the person who would do the work — there is no handover from a salesperson to someone you have not spoken to.

Email is the whole process
No forms, no calendar link in the first exchange. Write two lines about the seam that's bothering you and you'll get a straight answer — including "this doesn't sound like something we'd help with", when that's the honest reply.

Replies usually the same working day. If you'd rather start with the tool, the free check takes about fifteen minutes and needs nothing from us.
About working with us
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week for one-off work. The constraint is rarely our calendar — it's how long it takes your side to produce the exports, which is where most engagements actually lose their first week.
Do you sign our supplier paperwork?
Yes — NDA, DPA, supplier onboarding, security questionnaires. For the free check none of it applies, because no data changes hands.
Can you work with our 3PL directly?
We can join the conversation when you want the findings explained, and we'll prepare the dispute file either way. We don't approach your provider independently — it's your relationship.
What happens to the work if we stop?
You keep it. Files, models, documentation, and a written method. Nothing depends on a licence from us and nothing stops working when the engagement ends.
